Earlier in his career he founded and ran a 40-bed hospital in Lahore, Pakistan, and practiced as a spine surgeon.
Experience
Work we have done.
Examples from the partners’ prior roles, stated plainly. Each can be discussed in a conversation.
Quality and risk-adjustment reporting
Replaced manual data pulls and spreadsheets with automated data pulls, standardized reporting and performance dashboards. Assigned ongoing ownership and routine checks on accuracy, timeliness and unresolved issues so the process ran without its designer.
Social needs screening for unengaged members
Developed a screening program for members who had not engaged with their plan, with follow-up that connected them to community resources.
Year-round patient engagement
Designed and operated a 12-month cycle of monthly wellness campaigns with quarterly annual wellness visit components, documented in use since 2022.
